"Nature
is ordered; happiness and sorrow come, each in their own time. "To
overcome your insecurities and fears, spend less time focused Greetings Soul friends, When you risk being creative, others can feel threatened in their beliefs. Nobody can thrust any new belief upon another; I have no right to do that to another soul. I wrote "Love The Miracle You Are" with the intention of an inner spiritual hunger to share some personal lessons of my life and some of the people I have worked with as a counsellor over 30 years. I had no intention of hurting people or belittling religious experiences. So if you find difficulties with the ideas expressed in the book, please contact me and let us share. Who’s Master? Today I meditated after Yoga on the lawn with spring daffodils waving at me, while Buddy the dog searched his funny master with a twist of the head and said in a low growl, "Throw the ring and stop looking so serious!" Well that’s what I think he implied! I threw the ring straight up, he leapt and caught it and than he wanted more, ten minutes later we were both playing a game of throw and catch. I saw then how often I throw to myself a negative thought, catch it and run with it. What a spiritual insight thanks Buddy! Self-help groups. Yesterday I had the honour to talk about "How to love the miracle we truly are." This was to a large group who shared the common experience of depression. As I talked about giving ourselves permission to love ourselves one woman expressed "Why are we not taught how to love our true authentic self at school or church? Perhaps you the reader may like to answer her question. If any person wants me to talk about my work on assisting people to LOVE THE MIRACLE YOU ARE, please contact me. Stories are coming thick and fast to the Stories page. Do keep writing your inspired stories. The book "Breaking Free to Love" will be out at the end of the year. My next book is Meditations & Affirmations on: "MAKING LOVE WITH PASSIONATE THOUGHTS."

Talk Stories. by Dr.Barbara Becker Holstein Recently, I was driving in my car and suddenly
on Public Radio a wonderful interview came up. A journalist was
interviewing a man who calls himself The Gabbie Cabbie. This is his
story as I remember it: Mr. Franklin is a cab driver in New York City.
As a result of some magic in his life and his own inspiration, he
started a corporation called Gabbie Cabbie, Inc.

A
little excerpt from my new book,
To allow in "all good" dissolves the old messages like "I deserve a good smack!" To sit quietly and slow your thoughts each day is like washing your body in a crystal clear pool of clean and clear mountain water. For me there is a thrill of being in the presence of that universal mind that says: "I love you and I will never harm you, even when life gets tough."

Humor Joke from www.awakeningpath.com/news Cruise Ship The cruise ship docked at a Mexican port during a very high tide. Everyone on board was forced to use the ship's narrow gangplank as a passageway to the dock far below. The staff stood motionless when a passenger in her 70's appeared at the top of the plank. There wasn't room for anyone to assist her, so she edged along slowly and finally made it to the dock safely, to everyone's relief. As she stepped down, she turned, looked back to the top of the gangplank and shouted, "It's okay, Mother, you can come down now."
