Dear Soul Friends,

I want in this shortened Soul news to share my vision and I would like your feedback on what you truly think. I feel this vision is growing in my mind, body and soul. As I facilitate more workshops I want to wisely and courageously hold it in my soul.

My vision with loving action is to help people love who they are from a place of deep respect, then from this new place of consciousness love their neighbour and the infinite wisdom and power that resides in us all to vision inner peace and healing for our relationships, our community and our planet.

How? ...By running workshops and giving talks, developing a national and international network of people at grassroots levels who run self-empowerment workshops based around the title of a very simple book called.

MEETING A LAUGHING SOUL

Recently I went on a laughter workshop with Margaret McCathie, I have never laughed so much. It was so healing for me to laugh so freely and meet so many souls who laughed with such joy until I found myself crying and laughing at the same time! If ever you are in Bridge of Allen, Stirling Scotland, do think about calling Margaret and seeing if she is at home. Her life story is a testament to an inner healing power that is waiting for us all to communicate with love to the infinite mind that made you and me. Do also ask her if you can go on one of her laughter workshops. Her family and house are a miracle to behold.

A Time for Celebration & Thanks

When you receive this Soul news I will have celebrated 57 years on this mother earth and to celebrate my birthday I have recently started a "Daily Thanks" journal.
I find it so rewarding to see and think about what I choose to be truly grateful for.
I want to thank YOU! Everyday I receive emails from people who share their souls with me who have read my book LOVE THE MIRACLE YOU ARE. I want to say it is an honour to hear from you in your journey of growth and change.

There are so many friends I want to personally thank for trusting me with their inner most secrets and their willingness to dissolve old limiting beliefs. So please accept from me to you my LOVE and encouragement in your journey of becoming lighter!

To close, let me ask you:
What do you ache for and dare to dream?
Can you be true to yourself?
Can you live with your mistakes and pain, yet still find time to go within and find the healing power that made you with such love, a miracle of life?

Mass Mess

At the start of every Mass, the priest would make the sign of the cross, followed as usual by the entrance song and the blessing, after which the congregation responded, "And also with you."

One Sunday, after making the sign of the cross, our priest appeared to be having difficulty with the sound system during the singing of the entrance hymn. At the conclusion of the song, the priest said, "There seems to be something wrong with the mike."

The congregation automatically responded, "And also with you."
